Anne Marie Hamner

Integration Coach

I work with people who want to make sense of experiences that have shifted how they see themselves, their lives, or the world. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors so that insight can become practical, embodied, and sustainable in daily life.

I support clients in translating insight into action through reflection, mindfulness, behavior change work, and self-inquiry, helping new perspectives guide meaningful choices. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused less on quick insight than on changes that actually hold in real life.

Approaches & Interests
I work at the intersection of reflection, embodiment, and self-inquiry. My practice draws from mindfulness, meditation, contemplative philosophy, and somatic awareness. I also bring experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness, including psychedelic-assisted experiences, as ways to access insight, perspective, and clarity.

I’m curious about how people make meaning, how patterns show up in relationships and daily life, and how insight can translate into action. I blend psychology, philosophy, and practical experience into a grounded, relational approach to integration and personal growth.

Perspective & Integration
Sometimes experiences like trauma, life transitions, deep reflection, or profound states of awareness shift how we see ourselves and the world. My work helps people make sense of these shifts and translate insight into grounded, sustainable change. Sessions are client-led and collaborative, focused on bringing new understanding into everyday life.
