Your worldview is your personal way of seeing the world. We all construct concepts about who we are and how the world works based on our experiences and what we are taught. These fundamental beliefs affect the way you perceive your life, from the decisions you make to the experiences you have, even your thoughts and feelings are seen through the lens of your worldview which you most likely did not consciously choose.
For any number of reasons, like deep meditative experiences, trauma, psychedelics, spontaneous states of awe or wonder, we might find that our previous ways of understanding the world no longer work for us. It can feel isolating and confusing to realize the life we are currently living no longer reflects our values, interests, or goals. It takes only a little willingness and the right tools to clarify and begin to live from your new perspective.
My work is client lead, meaning I work to understand your unique goals, but here are some of the things I often discuss with clients:

Physical Health
Build effective habits around diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep. Facilitate greater embodiment through practices such as breathwork, guided movement, yoga, and rest.
Emotional Intelligence
Build skills related to awareness, processing, and healthy expression of emotions. Increase compassion, strengthen intuition, and create genuine connection in relationships.

Mind Training
Build your understanding of how the mind works, and how it creates emotional and physical experiences within you. Learn to deconstruct thought frameworks that no longer serve you, and create ones that help you thrive.
Spiritual Development
Build awareness of the present moment through meditation, reflection, and study of a wide variety of wisdom traditions to become available to direct, personal awareness of Truth/Spirit.
